This card is totally CASED from Mary Fish. I loved what she did to create a little Irish flair. His hat is created by using the Extra-Large Oval punch and the brim was made using the Word Window punch but extended by only inserting one end into the punch at a time. This was my first time using the Bow Builder punch so I had fun with that.
