Here is another card that was in our last Card Buffet. I have to give total credit for this card to Jodie Wetzell who used this as her swap for Leadership. I love the spunky cuteness of it. The bright colors are so perfect for this time of year when we're all ready for the dreary winter to give way to the colors of spring! I used a little drop of crystal effects on the end of the sequin ribbon to keep it from fraying.
