Key Lime Chocolate

So I just got back from a trip to the Florida Keys and while I was there I found these adorable turtles that are Key Lime Chocolate flavored.  I had never heard of this but if the words key lime and also chocolate are involved - I'M IN!!  I brought some back for some dear friends and of course I can't just hand them plain chocolate!  I have to doctor up the wrapping a bit.  So this is what I came up with.

I thought this stamp set was absolutely perfect for my Florida themed gift.  I embossed the flamingo with our Melon Mambo embossing powder and I'm absolutely loving our layering framelits!  They really make things "pop" in a great way.

And here they are ready to hand out.  What fun!

Leaf Sympathy

Sadly I have found I have needed many sympathy cards as of late.  This one goes together so very quickly and I think it still shows those receiving it that we care about what is going on in their lives.

I added some leaves to the bottom inside and the verse from Flourishing Phrases really gives it a nice finish.

We have a bad habit of hoarding our Designer Series Paper and I think it looks so nice on the envelope flap and so I've really been taking advantage of this.  Don't you think it gives it a nice presentation?

Candy Cane Merry Christmas

I thought this was a fun way to use our Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper.  It is a whimsical collection of paper that puts a smile on your face so this was a great way to showcase it.
Here are the cutting dimensions:
Crumb Cake Card Stock - 5-1/2" x 8" scored at 4-1/4" and 3-1/2" x 1/2"
Real Red Card Stock - 5-1/4" x 2-3/4", 3-3/4" x 2-3/4" and 4" x 2"
Candy Cane DSP - 3-1/2" x 2"
Striped DSP - 3-3/4" x 1-3/4"
Gingerbread House DSP -  3-1/2" x 2"
The sentiment on the card front is from the Star of Night stamp set.
The White Perfect Accents are the perfect last touch.

I used the sentiment and peppermint from the Candy Cane Christmas stamp set to make this happen on the inside.
Have fun making your gingerbread house card.
