With Sympathy
Here is a beautiful card designed by my dear friend Josie Wicklund. I love the impact of the calla lilies and the way she used the leaves to create a beautiful background. I used Archival Black ink and stamped the lilies and sentiment onto water color paper and then used an aqua painter to color the lilies with small amounts of Pear Pizzazz and So Saffron ink. I used the Wink of Stella to color the stamen of the flower just to give it a hint of glitter.
I love how she used the leaves once again, stamping off once to lighten the color to bring the sentiment a little more richness. Thanks Josie for this great card!!
