Time to Celebrate
Sometimes you just need a splash of color. Here is a fun card whatever the celebration may be.
The Celebration Duo Embossing Folders "de-boss" making a dent in the paper so when you stamp over the image, the words pop out. It's really a cool effect. And the Happy Celebrations stamp set is perfect fo go over the words with the "splash" of color.
The Duet Banner Punch also is highlighted here and using them together really makes the words pop. I used some of the Black Rhinestone Jewels from the Holiday Catalog to finish it off. Of you don't have any of those lying around, you can use a black Sharpee marker and color some of our rhinestone basic jewels and you can get the same effect.
