Bubble Over

What a fun card!  I love the vibrant colors of this and it just puts a smile on your face.

I added Tear & Tape where the two Designer Series Papers meet on the front and then wrapped the ribbon around the card front and just pressed it right into the tape and it holds beautifully.

Here is what I did to the inside.  I love how the bubbles stamped on the inside continue the sentiment from the front of the card.

And since this Designer Series Paper is one of the free options with Sale-A-Bration it's fun to add it to the envelope flap to continue the look.
