Grateful
One more treasure from our shoe box swap. This card was designed by Suzanne Knutson. I love the warmth of the fall colors and I think the burlap ribbon trim works so well with this card.
I love the use of the embossing folders - yup she used two! The Woodgrain behind the acorn and then the Woodlands behind it all. She also had us use the scallop circle punch twice with the Tangelo Twist card stock. You punch it once, turn it a little (a post it note as a handle works great here for the second punching) and punch it a second time to get more of a starburst effect rather than the traditional scallops. Love it!
The word "grateful" was attached to the burlap using the Fine-Tip Glue Pen.
And of course the acorn on the inside adds a sweet finish to it all.
