Here is another card we made at our last Card Buffet. This one is made in Bermuda Bay but we also made them in Cherry Cobbler and Crushed Curry. The most popular color seemed to be the Cherry Cobbler. Thanks to Dawn Olchefske for the idea!
The balloon is made using the Circles Framelits and the small heart from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack. Here are the rest of the supplies used for this card.
