Congratulations

Here is a card I made for a recent card swap that I was involved in.  I had seen some cute cards using the pleated paper and wanted to give it a try.  The designer series paper (It's My Party) was cut to 7-3/4" x 3" and scored at 3", 3-1/2", 5" and 6-1/8".

I used the Balloon Bouquet punch to punch out the balloons and attached the outer 2 directly to the card and lifted the third one using a Stampin' Dimensional.

I used the Bow Builder punch for the tie off and after putting my sentiment on the front finished it off using rhinestones.
