Happy Birthday Hat

I love this card because it's so fast and simple and can be used for any age or gender.  The background Whisper White is embossed using our Large Polka Dot Embossing Folder and the layer with the "Happy Birthday" is 3-1/2" x 2" with the Basic Black layer behind being 3-5/8" x 2-1/8".  The party hat is stamped in Memento Black ink and colored in using our Stampin' Write markers then fussy cut before adding to the front using a Stampin' Dimensional.  A few Rhinestones and you're good to go!
